Mulitlingual presentation of the 20. IAF conference (International Apparel Federation) in Barcelona, Spain (May 31 – June 1st 2004) together with Pedro Kauf.
Dr. Isa Hofmann did the multilingual presentation of the 20 IAF Congress in Barcelona together with the Spanish entrepreneur Peter Kauf. Host was the Spanish clothing association located in Barcelona and the acting president Pere Prat. During two days 31 industry CEO's from all over the world gave lectures covering four major subjects. The four subjects were the following:
- global perspectives and new scenarios, socio-economic effects of globalisation, strategic alliances, cooperation within the sourcing process
- cultural diversity, creativity and innovation with new technologies and new distribution channels
- consumers and their clothing codes, label policy and distribution
